Sini Shetty from Karnataka was crowned Femina Miss India World 2022

Sini Shetty: Karnataka’s Sini Shetty was crowned Femina Miss India World 2022, Rajasthan’s Rubal Shekhawat won the first runner-up title and Uttar Pradesh’s Shinatha Chauhan won the second runner-up title in a glamorous ceremony held at the Jio World Convention on July 3. Centre in Mumbai.

21-year-old Sini Shetty was born in Mumbai and holds a Degree in Accounting and Finance. Currently, she is pursuing a professional course called CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst). Sini Shetty is also a trained Bharatanatyam dancer. Past winners of Femina Miss India World Sarah Jane Dias, Laura Dutta, Sandhya Chib, Rekha Hande, Nafeesa Joseph, and Lymaraina D’Souza have also marked Karnataka milestones.

 

The former Femina Miss India Universe Neha Dhupia Speaking about the pageant, said: “Every year as the journey of Femina Miss India begins, it brings back all the memories of the precious experiences I have had with this pageant. It’s like reliving every moment. This young lady has the passion and potential to take on the world with power and elegance. In my journey with Glamour Girls, of course, there have been challenges in the digital process in the wake of the pandemic, but it’s sure to be exciting and valuable regardless of design.”
