Guitarist Carlos Santana collapsed onstage from dehydration in Michigan

According to Carlos Santana’s official website, Legendary rock-and-roll guitarist Carlos Santana collapsed on stage Tuesday evening because of dehydration while performing in Michigan.

Carlos Santana, aged 74, was performing at the Pine Knob Music Theater in Clarkston, Michigan,

about 40 miles northwest of Detroit, when he went out due to dehydration and heat exhaustion, the report said.

“Carlos was immediately taken to the emergency department at McLaren Clarkston hospital for observation

from the stage and he is doing well as of now,” said Carlos Santana manager Michael Vrionis.

Carlos Santana was scheduled for his next performance at The Pavilion at Star Lake in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania on Wednesday.

Carlos Santana was originally born in Mexico, Later Santana and her family moved to the United State in the 1960s.

 Carlos Santana, who learned to play the guitar at a young age, rose to prominence level in the 1960s and early 1970s.

Carlos Santana is considered one of the greatest guitarists of all time in the United State.
